You can return an order within 15 days from the delivery time at your home.
All tags must be attached to the returned items.
Any item that will be clearly worn, damaged or stained won’t be neither accepted, nor refunded.
Please, make sure you’re not wearing any lipstick, foundation, mascara or perfume when you try on the items. If we find obvious stains or smells on the items, we won’t accept them as returns, and therefore you’ll get no refund. Underwear items such as boxers or socks won’t be accepted as returns if the original packages have been opened.
If you ship returned items, make sure to use any suitable box with enough packing to prevent breakage. If our Customer Services certify that the items are no longer marketable due to any of the above-mentioned reasons, and the client would like the items back, then shipping costs will be carriage forward.
